Skout is small on purpose. You deal with the person who runs your campaign — not an account layer.
Most outbound into the Nordics is foreign and automated.
It is written somewhere else, in a register a Nordic buyer clocks in one line. Skout exists to do the opposite — fewer messages, written like a person from here, to people who actually fit.
That is a craft decision, not a volume one. It is also why the work is done for you rather than sold to you as software.
GDPR-clean, Sweden-first — by principle, not convenience.
Skout sends under GDPR legitimate interest with a documented assessment per campaign, business addresses only, and a clear opt-out in every message. Denmark is excluded from personalised cold outreach — its Marketing Act §10 bars it without prior consent, so we don't pretend otherwise. Sweden first, then Norway and Finland.
This narrows the market on purpose. A narrower market done right beats a broader one done in a way that gets you blacklisted.
Founder-run, deliberately small.
Skout is run by its founder. The upside for you: the person writing to your market is the person you talk to, and the person on the hook for the guarantee. The campaign is not handed down a chain.
If your market is Nordic B2B SaaS, let's see if it fits.
